As an Independent Celebrant, certified with the Academy of Modern Celebrants, I work closely with families to create ceremonies that truly capture the essence of your loved one. Every service I write is bespoke, personal, heartfelt, and centred on the life that was lived, not just the loss that is felt.

Together, we’ll share memories, stories, music, and readings that bring comfort and celebrate the moments that mattered most. Whether you’d like a traditional service, a celebration of life, or something entirely different, I’ll guide you gently through each step, ensuring every word and element feels right for you and your family.

If you’d like to include symbolic gestures, such as candle lighting, memory boxes, tree planting, or scattering ceremonies, these can be woven beautifully into the service to create moments of peace and reflection.

The beauty of a Celebrant-led funeral is choice. There are no rules or restrictions only the freedom to create a ceremony that feels authentic, comforting, and deeply personal, held wherever feels most fitting, whether in a crematorium, woodland, garden, or favourite place.

Sharon was the celebrant for our mum's funeral and she did a wonderful job.
